On November 4th, the residents of Seal Beach were given the opportunity to vote on Measure Z and determine the type of community we will become. With 73% of the vote favoring Measure Z and the rejection of three stories in Old Town, it is clear that the majority of residents want to preserve Old Town’s charm.
