Seal Beach For Two Stories welcomes the latest City Council actions at the May 12 meeting, which simultaneously repealed the new zoning code and then places on the November ballot the third story issue in Old Town. This means that there will be a citywide vote on this one issue: whether more third stories will be allowed in Old Town. Although this is an Old Town issue, and it has there is no fiscal impact on the rest of the city, all of Seal Beach will vote because this is the way our city charter is set up.
